The CPS annual conference faculty web page provides all the information you need to ensure your presentation runs smoothly. We thank you in advance for participating as a speaker and for complying with the following guidelines. Contact the Education Department at meetings@cps.ca for assistance and answers to your questions. Working closely with you is important to us.  

Your compliance with the deadlines below is essential, and appreciated. As a conference faculty member, you agree to present in May and to submit personal information by specific deadlines, as follows:

All travel bookings must be made through Carlson Wagonlit. All faculty participants will receive an e-mail in January with instructions.

Additional audio visual request form

An A/V form is required for any additional requirements. Email the form to CPS at meetings@cps.ca.

Deadline date to upload your handouts to the conference app. NO PAPER HANDOUTS are to be provided on-site.



Faculty must bring their presentation on-site to the Speaker Ready Room in the hotel (Meeting Room 7) and their presentation will be loaded into the central system. Aim to upload your presentation at least 12 hours before your session’s start-time.

Expense forms 

Conference faculty are reimbursed for two days expenses, including ground transportation, meals and incidentals. Note: When a scheduled meal is provided (e.g., at a luncheon symposium), the CPS does not cover costs for an alternative meal.
