Request for Meeting

The Canadian Paediatric Society is supportive of affiliate business meetings and forums taking place during the annual conference as they add value to the overall event.

Requests for meeting space at the Hilton Quebec will be reviewed by CPS conference staff. Every effort will be made to schedule your meeting at the times requested. Please note that we cannot guarantee meeting space during regular conference programming, as rooms will be assigned upon availability and are subject to change. This process may mean there is a slight adjustment to your proposed meeting, event time or day. We appreciate your cooperation in working with us to provide a better experience for our members, your participants and all attendees.

All costs associated with business meetings and forums (e.g., room rental, audio visual requirements, catering, etc.) will be the responsibility of the hosting organization. You will be required to set up an account directly with suppliers. Once your meeting date has been approved and a meeting room assigned, CPS will forward you the contact information for the hotel and audio visual company. You will be responsible for making your own arrangements and payment directly with the supplier.
