Full registration

The full registration fee covers admission to all educational sessions, except workshops, which cost extra. In addition, the welcome reception, trade show and scheduled meals in the conference program (unless otherwise indicated) are also included with your registration.

Registration rates are subject to 5% GST and 9.975% QST.

***Proof of status is needed for full-time students, trainees and residents. To qualify for the student rate, send a copy of your student card, and a transcript or a letter from your supervisor or Dean to the attention of the CPS Education Department within 72 hours of submitting your registration. Student registration will not be considered complete until proof of status has been received by e-mail at meetings@cps.ca

Daily registration

Daily registration fees entitle a delegate to attend all activities for that day except workshops, which costs extra. When registering online, be sure to specify which day you’ll attend.

The registration fee includes admission to the Opening Ceremonies, the Welcome Reception and Trade Show. Note: The accompanying guest registration fee does not cover symposiums. The fees listed below only apply to accompanying guests who are not physicians. Only delegates who register for the full conference are entitled to register an accompanying spouse or other family member as their guest. Guests are not eligible for continuing medical education credits.
