Your compliance with the deadlines below is essential and appreciated. As a conference speaker, you agree to present in May and to submit personal information by specific deadlines, as follows:

February 28, 2018Hotel and travel arrangementsAll travel bookings must be made through the CPS official travel agent. All speakers will receive an e-mail in January with instructions.
March 9, 2018RegistrationAll speakers will receive an e-mail in January with instructions. 
On-sitePresentationSpeakers must bring their presentation on-site to the Speaker Ready Room in the convention centre (Room 201B) and their presentation will be loaded into the central system. See the Speaker Information webpage for prescribed times to upload your presentation.
June 30, 2018Expense formsSpeakers are reimbursed for two days’ worth of expenses, including ground transportation, meals and incidentals. Note: When a scheduled meal is provided (e.g., tradeshow lunches), the CPS does not cover costs for an alternative meal.
